Not so long ago, I sure did NOT feel magical.
After years of suffering from depression and anxiety,
and having completely lost confidence in my ability to trust myself, I was FED UP:
with thinking the same thoughts,
attracting the same negative patterns,
and feeling like a victim of my reality.
It was after I felt the intuitive pull to move to California that I decided to fully
commit to myself.
to my healing,
to my happiness,
to my power.
I started by investing in myself in ways I never would have imagined

saying YES to opportunities that inspired me
even when fear crept in,
even when I didn't know how I could afford it,
even when I didn't know how it would work out,
I showed up anyway.
And now,
I have never felt more EMPOWERED,

I specialize in bringing people together in safe groups to help them explore, express, connect, and heal.
With a Masters Degree in education, and over a decade of teaching experience, I have an expertise in creating engaging curriculum, while meeting people where they are at through building authentic relationships and utilizing each individuals’ strengths.
I have actively integrated energy healing, creativity, and mindset + embodiment practices into my life
to intentionally align, tune in, and

WHEN DO WE START?
Enrollment closes 3/5. We will begin the following week for 6 weeks.
WHAT DAY/TIME IS THE WEEKLY CALL?
Once everyone is enrolled, I will choose a day/time that works best for the whole group.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A LIVE CALL?
I totally understand that life happens. I will send everyone recordings of each live call, along with your weekly 'soul work', within 24 hours so you don't miss a thing!
